Training Techniques and Development (TTD)

(Level 3) Five Day Programme

The Training Techniques and Development (TTD) will teach your trainers how to deliver the People 1st Group Training Certificate (GTC) programme to other people in your business. 


The Master Trainer (who is a very experienced ‘expert’ GTC trainer) will support and coach the trainers during the 5 day TTD programme and will give them the skills to train others in different methods of group training. By the end of the programme (subject to successful assessment) they will become an officially licensed People 1st GTC trainer. They will also be able to deliver the one-day Effective Introduction to Effective Training Certificate programme.

This programme is aimed at training, personnel and HR specialists, managers, heads of department, independent trainers and anyone responsible for the performance of others and setting standards within their organisation. 


Please note: It is mandatory that delegates have a thorough understanding of the GTC programme and have successfully completed the GTC prior to attending the TTD Training.

In-company programme:

Price on application, plus £200.00 each delegate first year's licence (currently being reviewed by People 1st), plus trainer expenses.

Course Length:

5 days (2 days of coaching followed by a 3 day on-site assessment with the Master Trainer supporting them 4-6 weeks after the coaching) Annual licence fee of £200 per trainer after second year (currently being reviewed by People 1st)

1 - 2. Also includes 4 - 6 GTC learners (3 day GTC)
