The new two-day Certificate in Delivering Training will teach participants how to deliver/facilitate group training sessions.  I will take the participants through a step by step process of everything they will need to know to learn how to become (with practice) an essential grounding in the knowledge and skills to deliver training to their colleagues and teams. Also a great refresher for more experienced trainers.

This programme covers how to prepare to deliver group training sessions, follow a session plan and confidently deliver a pre-prepared short piece of training that demonstrates the skills, techniques and positive behaviours covered during this very interactive programme, so that they can deliver interactive, structured sessions with confidence and consistency.
