Linda is an inspirational and dynamic expert trainer who is driven towards raising the standard of management, customer service and training skills both in the UK and internationally. She has been a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management for 30+ years. With the formation of her own business Linda Greenwood Training Company in 2018 she constantly adapts to the demands of the ever-changing workplace through the appropriate adaptation and updating of materials and skills to facilitate Virtual delivery.
Through her pivotal position as an Independent Provider of Licensed Programmes or as a People 1st International WorldHost Customer Service Approved Programme Provider or as an Associate Trainer working on behalf of ‘The Extraordinary Training Company’, Premier Life Skills and CCF (Customer Care First Ltd)
About
I have extensive experience training trainers in the UK and internationally. I have over 10 years experience as Master Trainer and lead ‘expert’ for People 1st licensed programmes. I have now established my own training business Linda Greenwood Training Company. I am proud to be a People 1st International Senior Trainer and People 1st Approved Training Provider. Training can be delivered Online or Face to Face or a combination of both methods.
I am a dynamic and inspirational master trainer with my ambition to improve training, customer service and management skills. I have over 30 years of learning and development experience. In the last 10 years Linda has trained over 1,000 WorldHost licences trainers including many in-company trainers, college lecturers and independent trainers.
I am licensed to deliver all of the People 1st International Training way programmes (formally known at Stonebow) including the NEW two day Certificate in Delivering Training and the 5 day NEW Professional Certificate in Training Design and Delivery that replaces the Group Training Certificate (GTC), Practical Training Certificate (PTC), Training Development Assessment (TDA) and the Training Practical and Assessment (TPA).
I have worked with in a variety of sectors including: retail, hospitality and tourism, transport, facility management and logistics, as well as in the public sector such as councils, education and colleges.
