Overview
The Group Training Certificate (GTC) will teach your staff how to design and deliver effective, interactive training sessions to groups of people.
Experienced GTC trainers will take them, step-by-step, through everything they need to know to become an excellent trainer – from writing objectives to handling challenging learners, creating vibrant memorable training sessions, and more.
The Group Training Certificate is informal and highly participative with plenty of opportunities to share ideas, take part in exercises, group work and practice new skills and learn from fellow participants. Delegates will receive detailed feedback.
Please note that his is a challenging course and involves work in the evenings to prepare for the training sessions.
